Order Processing

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
KND Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, KND Glow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist in providing tracking information and supporting documentation when possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product(s)
• Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review your claim and work with you to find a resolution.
U.S. Shipping Information
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination.
