Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.
Return Requests
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please provide:
• Your order number
• Full name used on the order
• Reason for the return
Approved returns must be received within 14 days of authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product(s) received
• Photos of the shipping packaging
Once reviewed, we will work quickly to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
